Cultural Specific Crops

Post by Knoxxturre » Wed May 04, 2016 7:55 pm

So an item has came across my mind. Cultural specific crops. Although cultures already have some, I'd like to see them expanded one. A few suggestions that have come across my mind are:

Japanese: Cherry Blossom Trees, Japanese Maple, Bamboo, and tea
Norman: Willow Trees and Various wildflowers
Mayan: Potatoes and Mangrove Trees
Hindi: Cotton and Jacaranda Trees

Some of these plants can be found on Biomes O'Plenty, but it would be nice if the cultures actually grew them themselves as décor. Although I do not know a lot about adding new blocks and plants, I just thought opening a suggestion board would spark some interest amongst players and then someone who can add it in would come forth and help! Thanks you to whom ever can!

Submit suggestions below in the comment sections. I wonder what people would like to see added!

What you can do is alter the image files to use Biomes o' Plenty saplings and let the cultures grow these trees!

I still do not know how to do this, and would like someone to show me how.

I believe the wiki is very descriptive.
