Hi. I can translate this mod on Esperanto. Is it a good idea?

Sure, why not? I don't know how many people would use it but I have no problem with an esperanto translation.

Oh, I forgot to ask how do this.

I find languages files on standart way: /millenaire/languages. What they responsible for? And is there any files, that I need to translate?
